Baja Cafe On Ina Tucson

We arrived around 7'30 am on a Sunday morning. I'm glad we did, the cafe quickly became busy inside. Plenty of outdoor seating, however, the sun would have been in our eyes. Not sure if I heard music, but a nice soft jazz or ambient music to wake the brain would add a vibe to complement the food and drink. The inside of the cafe feels eclectic and modern just like their menu. Breakfast is served all day! You can get basics, build your own, etc , breakfast, and alcoholic beverages are available for your enjoyment! My favorite was the Jalapeno Bacon! Wow, the flavor enhanced the food. Great pancake variations to choose from. Lot's of fun combinations on the classic Eggs Benedict. I had the Veggy Stack! The Soy chorizo was really tasty and filling! The Veggie Stack arrived hot and well plated. The other dishes were well plated and cooked to perfection! Our server was polite and had a sense of humor. If you are looking to save some money on your morning meal and willing to wake up early and dine-In, there is a Wednesday through Friday breakfast special between the hours of 6am-8am! I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items, especially the Bloody Mary made with New Mexican Red Chile! 😋
